Perfect and clean hotel, exceptionally courteous and excellent staff. Unbeatable and excellent location at walking distance from Emmanuel Baptist Church.

A lot of good options for meal.

It's perfect brand-new hotel with exceptionally courteous and excellent staff. The room is nicely furnished and tidy, the locations is favourable.

The location offered was convenient right by the Cleveland Clinic and all locations on Cleveland Clinic campus and a major medical center. The staff were genuinely helpful and very friendly and were around whole time. Good 

I visited Cleveland for short stay and had a really great experience at this hotel. The food was great and the bar was nice. Fairly quiet rooms had central heating, an individual safe, and a flat-screen

Everything about this modern hotel was great. We asked for queen room and it was new-fashioned. The staff members were all pleasant and amiable. The bar was nice.

The genuinely helpful staff truly made me feel welcome. The breakfast was good, with a huge variety of goodies.

It was an excellent experience in an extremely convenient and well lit hotel. The location was good and absolutely perfect as for me, so close to Cleveland clinic for health reasons, the ghetto, and the restaurant downstairs. 

Our room was spotless and had 2 queen size beds. The hotel served us a free breakfast. The location was good and perfect, relatively close to Severance Hall.

Well, Wi-Fi was quite slow.

It was a brand-new hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, it was free. The location turned out to be favourable. Also, the property was 1 mile away from an art museum.

I have just returned from a fairly nice stay in this brand-new hotel, modern and updated rooms. The staff are exceptionally courteous and excellent. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the location is wonderful short walk to the cardiac Clinic
